Refund Policy

1. Right to Refund
You have the right to cancel your order and request a refund within 14 days from the day you receive your goods or services.

2. How to Request a refund

Once we accept your request, we’ll refund you within 14 days using the same payment method you used. No extra fees will be charged for the refund.

3. Return Process
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Exceptions
You cannot cancel or return:Sealed goods (e.g., hygiene products) if the seal is broken or custom-made or perishable items.

5. Returning Goods
Returned items must be in original condition. You are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty or not as described, we’ll provide a full refund, replacement, or repair.
